The aim of the offered studies is to educate young researchers able to compete in the international scientific and publishing markets.  For this to become possible, it is necessary, firstly, to make the process of education put greater emphasis on mastering the research methodology in the area of finance and related disciplines, and, secondly, to improve the acquired research skills already during the period of studies under the supervision of experienced scientific advisers with globally recognised achievements. Polish science still suffers from a significant shortage of young researchers able to conduct world-class research, publish in prestigious scientific journals or, finally, able to effectively build relationships with the world of practice and business.

The objective of the studies is to educate young researchers able to compete in the international scientific and publishing markets. The full-time doctoral programme designed within the framework of the project is both academic and interdisciplinary in nature. The international nature of the studies involves e.g. adopting English as the language of instruction, courses being taught by international faculty from foreign academic institutions, enabling foreigners to take part in the process of studying, or arranging for trips abroad for doctoral students to carry out some part of their research and participate in scientific conferences.
