Department of Administrative and Public Business Law

Department’s focus is on the state’s role in society. This broad formula includes  the relations between business and the state as well as with individuals and their associations. Lectures, labs, discussion groups and seminars offered by the Department cover administrative law (substantive and procedural), public business law, competition law, regulatory governance for the infrastructural sectors. Specialized courses include i.a. construction law, distribution law and e-commerce, public security, drone law, preparing legal documents, preparation to the bar exams. Current research projects cover hyperloop transportation, rivalry between cosmopolitan private law and public law, effectiveness of public administration & environmental law.
