Division of Civil Proceedings

The teaching activities of the employees of the Division of Civil Proceedings include lectures, classes, conversations and seminars in the field of procedural and non-litigious civil proceedings. 

The research conducted at the Division focuses on comparative legal issues, analyzes of the institutions of judicial law, the theory of civil process, the judicial activity of courts in civil cases, the use of information technology in civil proceedings, procedural formalism or the effectiveness of civil proceedings.
